6 months already!?!

Walker Weston

I really can't believe my baby is already six months old! Time goes way too fast for me. He is such a sweet little guy and I can't even imagine life without him. He loves to cuddle and giggle and he is ALWAYS smiling. He gets super excited when Aaron comes home from work and as soon as Aaron looks at him he laughs and kicks his legs waiting to be picked up. Jackson and Kennedy are his favorite people and I couldn't ask for better little babysitters. They always know how to make him happy! If he didn't have acid reflux I really don't think he would ever cry, poor little guy! We had a test done last week and we will talk to the doctor tomorrow so maybe we can get it under control. We love him so much and he is such a blessing to our family.

getting ready for christmas

Walker LOVES staring at the Christmas tree!! He even rolled over for the first time trying to get to the ornaments.

We got our tree! Do you think it is big enough? I wonder if it will fit in the door!
Kennedy loves to help Aaron put the lights up and it scares me to death! He insists she is fine and just let her hang out while he hung the lights!

Happy Halloween!!

I know my blog has been neglected, but 3 kids has just thrown me over the edge. I sit and hold Walker WAY to much and Jacks and Kennedy are at a fun age for entertaining....long story short, no time for Blogging!

We did have a great Halloween, it was very amusing to watch my kids trick or treating.
Jackson was in a race to be first the whole time and Kennedy was content to be very last and hang out with Grandpa.
We had a very spooky Ghost!

And a very beautiful Princess Belle!

We went with Ryan and his family and Grandma and Grandpa Hirschi. Aaron stayed home with little Walker and handed out candy.

After trick or treating Aaron took the kids to the spook alley and Jackson tried really hard to be brave but Kennedy buried her face in Daddy's chest the whole time. Walker never left the house but i don't think our little frog cared one bit.

Walker's Blessing

Walker Weston
Blessed August 16, 2009

The day after our trip to Lake Powell we blessed little Walker. Even though we were all pretty exhausted, the day turned out awesome. Both Aaron and my families were in town and we really enjoyed spending the day with them. The blessing Aaron gave Walker was amazing and I am so grateful he is a worthy priesthood holder.

Lake Powell!!!!

Every year we all look forward to our Lake Powell trip. The whole family camps on the beach for a week and we have a blast together. I was a little nervous this year to take a brand new baby but he was a trooper and I even managed to get a little playtime in myself! The kids had so much fun playing on the beach for hours. They played mud monsters, built sand castles and had water fights.
Grandpa Clark has this gigantic tube, all the kids love to pile on and cruise around behind the boats. Occasionally the big boys get to have real rides too, but they spend most of their time wakeboarding. Walker spent most of his time in the air conditioned trailer!

He's Finally Here!

Walker Weston Clark (7lbs 11 oz 21.9 in)!!!! We had our new baby boy on Friday July 10. He wasn't actually due until the 24th of July but he wanted to meet us early. I went to my doctors appointment on Thursday and he hooked me up to a non stress test to monitor his movements and my contractions started getting stronger and stronger. The doc came in and said, "are you in labor?" "i think i might be!" He checked me again and I had gone from a 3 to a 4 in 45 minutes. It was moving pretty quickly so I went home and got my stuff and went to the hospital. He was born at 1:25 Friday morning. The labor was a little rough because we had to turn off my epidural during pushing (not something I want to experience again!) and I had to push longer than I wanted to. But he's here and he's healthy so we couldn't be happier.
